Refund policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 7 day return policy for defective, damaged or wrong items sent and will repair or replace them promptly. If for any reason you are just not happy with your purchase we have a 14 day return policy which is good for in store credit or an exchange only. We'll do our very best to ensure that you are happy with your new piece of jewelry.
To be eligible for a repair and/or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a repair and/or an exchange, you can contact us at davismaeinfo@gmail.com. When your issue is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The buyer is responsible for shipping when requesting an exchange or store credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and or exchanges for gift cards.
