CARE FOR YOUR SILVER JEWELRY:
All of our jewelry components are made with .925 sterling silver. The chains used in our necklaces are sterling silver with a coating of fine silver for shine. It is recommended that you store your jewelry in a clean and dry place when not wearing. Otherwise, wearing your jewelry will help keep tarnish and oxidation at bay. If your jewelry does begin to tarnish, there are a variety of options for cleaning including a polishing cloth, household silver cleaner, or a mix of baking soda, soap and water.
Please allow 3-5 business days to get your order handmade and then shipped to you. It's our guarantee to shoppers in the US that orders over $50 will not have added shipping costs when shipped within the US using USPS standard Priority Mail shipping (3-4 days). You do have the option to purchase Priority Express shipping (1-2 days), however please consider the 3-5 days to make the item before shipping.
All orders are shipped via USPS and a tracking number will be provided to you after placing your order.
Once we have shipped your order, we are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. You’ll need to contact your local USPS office to resolve.
PIECES DON’T EXACTLY MATCH:
Occasionally we’ll use stones and or pearls in some of our pieces. As in nature, nothing is identical but we do our absolute best to make a matching pair, match. Same as in our designs, each piece is handmade and not mass produced so there will be some slight differences in one another and in what is pictured.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a no refund policy but will do our best to ensure your happiness with our jewelry.
To be eligible for a repair and/or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a repair and/or an exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your issue is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a repair and/or an exchange will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and or exchanges for gift cards.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once you place your order you’ll have 24 hours to make changes to your order, however we don’t allow for any cancellations/refunds at this time. Please contact us via email to make a change.
LOSE AN EARRING?
Just get in touch and we’ll do our best to make a matching one and charge 1/2 price of the current rate for that particular pair of earrings.
We offer E-Cards to be used toward on-line purchases, available in various amounts. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and or exchanges for gift cards.
