FAQ'S
CARE FOR YOUR SILVER JEWELRY:
All of our jewelry components are crafted from .925 sterling silver. The chains in our necklaces feature sterling silver with a fine silver coating for added shine.
To keep your jewelry looking its best, store it in a clean, dry place when not in use. Regular wear can help prevent tarnish and oxidation. If your pieces do begin to tarnish, cleaning options include a polishing cloth, household silver cleaner, or a gentle mix of baking soda, soap, and water.
SHIPPING:
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to handcraft and ship your order. We offer free standard USPS Priority Mail shipping (3-4 days) on all U.S. orders over $50. For faster delivery, you can select Priority Express shipping (1-2 days), but please keep in mind the 3-5 days needed to make your item before it ships.
All orders are shipped via USPS, and a tracking number will be provided once your order is on its way.
Please note that once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If an issue arises, please contact your local USPS office directly for assistance.
PIECES DON’T EXACTLY MATCH:
Occasionally, we incorporate stones and pearls into our designs. As with anything in nature, no two are identical, but we do our best to create matching pairs. Similarly, since each piece is handmade, there may be slight variations between pieces and from what is shown in the photos.
RETURNS/DAMAGES/ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We offer a 7-day return policy for defective, damaged, or wrong items, and we’ll promptly repair or replace them.
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for store credit or exchanges. Our goal is to ensure you're happy with your new piece of jewelry.
To be eligible for a repair or exchange, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a repair or exchange, please email us at davismaeinfo@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on gift cards.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed, you have 24 hours to request changes. However, cancellations and refunds are not available at this time. Please contact us via email if you need to make any changes.
LOSE AN EARRING?
Simply get in touch, and we’ll do our best to create a matching earring at half the current price for that pair.
GIFT CARDS:
We offer e-cards in various amounts, which can be used toward online purchases. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on gift cards.
